Carlisle & District Floral Art Club
About us:
Carlisle and District Floral Art Club is now in it's 52nd year and we were the first flower club to be formed in the Carlisle area. We are a very active club taking part in Competitions, Festivals and Charity events throughout the year.
Our programme for the year is always very interesting and we are looking forward to welcoming Vivien Bolton from Corbridge on Thursday 3rd May 2012 at 7.15pm,this is an open evening and admission of £5.00 can be paid at the door.
With the exception of our May meeting, we have decided to meet in the afternoons for a trial period, so our meetings commence at 1.30pm
We are taking a bus trip to York and on the return journey, visiting George Smith's Garden, friends are most welcome to join us, watch out for details - Saturday 23rd June 2012.
New members and guests are always welcome to join us on the 1st Thursday of each month - except January and August at the Morton Community Centre, Carlisle, CA2 6JP, our meetings commence at 1.30 p.m. and admission is £3.50 payable at the door.
Please join us any afternoon and make some new friends, enjoy beautiful flowers being expertly arranged and if you have time join us for a cup of tea.
