About us:
Liverpool FAS was formed in May 1960 in the Central Hall in the heart of the city, when our President Hugh Mather gave the first demonstration
We are one of the founder clubs in NW Area of NAFAS. After many years meeting in the city we moved to Huyton for financial reasons and we now meet in the Lindisfarne Suite, St Aidans Parish Centre, Coppice Crescent off Huyton Lane.
Our annual subscription is £18.00 and visitors are welcome at £4.00. We meet on the last Wednesday of each month except January, August and December.
We take part in Flower Festivals, local shows. We issue a newsletter each month to members giving details of forthcoming events. At our meetings we have plant stalls, publications and flower raffles.
We will be taking part in local shows, demonstrating and exhibiting at Knowsley Show, which takes place in The Wildflower Centre in Huyton.
We would be delighted to welcome new members.
