Thornton Cleveleys Flower Club

About us:

Thornton-Cleveleys Flower Arrangement Club was formed in 1961, some of our founder members are still members today.  We celebrate our 50th Anniversary in 2011, same year as our Area, and we still meet at the original venue, which has recently been refurbished.

Our club meets on the second Wednesday of the month at Thornton Little Theatre, Victoria Road East, Thornton Cleveleys, FY5 3SZ.

Demonstrations begin at 7.30pm. please join us you will be very welcome

At our monthly meetings we have a N.A.F.A.S. Demonstrator who does five or six arrangements, they are raffled off at the end of the evening. Tea and coffee with a biscuit is served at the end of the demonstration, which usually finishes around 9pm. We have trips to Garden Centres and Flower Festivals. A Fund Raising event which is different every year, which is always a very well attended date in our Calendar. Our club operates a rota system for arranging flowers at the local Hospice, and over the years have contributed to many local churches with Flower Festivals.
